The Buffet service was designed to be used with buffet display warmers and therefore has to comply to the GastroNorm sizing chart. They are always rectangular, therefore this design concentrates on the internal shapes. Through the formal choice of an internal convex line meeting diagonally a second plane we have managed to break up the strict parameters of the external lines and still using the full volume. An additional spoon holder, which you can place on the tray, is part of the range. The spoon now becomes easy to reach, doesn’t sink into the food and doesn’t soil the tablecloth.
