This buffet service was designed to be used with buffet display warmers and therefore has to comply to Gastronorm sizes. The overall shape needs to be rectangular, but the design of the subdivisions is what gives Zamma its character: In contrast to the rigid external shape, the container is divided into two asymmetric parts by generous swinging lines. This allows two different foods to be served in one container. A wonderful composition of form and food emerges when different-sized containers are arranged together on the buffet.
